“Why should someone consider buying a home from Sue DeLegge? Having recently transacted business in this area with Sue, I feel qualified to answer that question. Sue and I met over several phone conversations while my family was looking for a home in the Olivenhain area. It was an area that we fell in love with when we first moved to San Diego. I briefly explained to her that I had been working with another agent, but had no exclusive agreement. She had the integrity not to criticize or insult the other agent, but carefully assessed our needs. Unlike the other agent, Sue didn’t insist on showing us homes that were out of our price range. We told her where we wanted to live, how much we wanted to pay, and what we were looking for in a home. She then sent out a flyer to homeowners, looking for a seller, explaining that she had a buyer for a home in their area. There was never a sense of pressure or undue influence.
